I have been a youtuber for a very long time, and I have never had an issue with watching a video in 1080p, but recently (when youtube was going through a lot of changes) the download speed of videos has gone bad. I now can't watch a video without it pausing and trying to download more so I can watch it. Please fix this because it is very annoying.
