I review my google reviews almost daily, and just noticed today that the same thing happened to me. I own a dog walking company. Interestingly enough, I noticed all my competitors ratings were gone as well...zero reviews all around EXCEPT big vet clinics...all of their reviews are in tact.
I have two different Google Accounts. I logged on to my business named Google Account to see if my profile was there. It brought me to the New Privacy Page which forces a response - Google rolled these out a couple of months ago. I clicked the checkbox to "accept" the new privacy policy. It then took me to my business profile, absent some info that had been there forever, like my office hours.
My reviews, critical to the success of my business, are still missing.
