I am a small business owner in Mesa, AZ. My business, Dance FX Studios, had up to 80 reviews attached to it for people to read about us and other people's experiences at our studio. These reviews are VERY IMPORTANT to our dance studio. These reviews have been a primary focus for us in order to stay afloat in this economy. I have asked most clients to post their reviews on Google since I know that Google is where most people search for things. Instead of being rewarded for having them post on Google, I noticed a few weeks ago that all of my reviews are gone!  (This is NOT in regard to my Google Places, which fortunately still has 21 reviews posted.) Why is this? I earned each one of those reviews and it took several years to have them build to that many. I would like to know why these reviews were taken off of my business profile and where they went. Are they lost forever? The reviews could have been added to my website had I known they were going to be removed altogether. Also, I know this had to affect our ranking. Did it? People these days research small businesses and those reviews were priceless for our small business in this economy. Please help me to understand what is going on. Thanks in advance for your time.
