I have broken my Nexus S.  I've got a new, cheaper phone because I still have months of the Vodafone contract to run.

BUT I am unable to access my data and download it on to my new Nokia.

 

Two weeks ago I somehow got a contact with Google and they promised to reply within 3 days.  NO RESPONSE YET!

 

I keep a lot of info on my phone - even my will!  STUPID!

 

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET MY OWN INFORMATION ON TO MY NEW PHONE.

 

ps how do you show tears on line.  I am really reduced to (nearly) weeping.  SAD!
