They were originally public, so it's my fault they were on Google Image Search in the first place yes. I admit that's my fault. However, now that I've password protected them, Google is effectively circumventing my privacy by still displaying the results when it should no longer have access to them, and by refusing to remove them when I've requested it, they're not doing me any favours.
Originally I was quite laid back about what I put online and stuff. Now I want to reduce my online footprint to basically nothing. Google is not helping by dragging its heels though and displaying what I now consider to be private information.
