Google Image Tags - How do I report misuse of tags?

I was searching Google Images, on Safe Search, for "painting of a pregnant woman, earth mother, goddess" and a bunch of very graphic photographs of aborted and maimed fetuses and dead babies came up! This is particularly disturbing to me as a prenant mother. I realize that there are certain liberties and freedoms that cannot be infringed upon surrounding this issue but, is there a way to monitor image tags, or remove them, so that disturbing content like this doesn't come up with a search having nothing to do with it? I realize that it is probably an effort to call attention to some kind of pro-life cause but, it's really highly disturbing and inappropriate. As a pregnant mother, I don't see how these images promote such a cause at all, rather than just dissuade me from searching Google Images for anything having to do with pregnancy or babies.
