Google is not required to do a Doodle. Show me 10 other websites that change their logo for any reason on a weekly or monthly basis. Google does not even have to do a Doodle and when they do, people get angry if Google does do something or angry if Google does do nothing. How about setting up a website and create your own logo to celebrate your days of the year that you want to celebrate. I would love to see your artistic talent with web skills at work sir.
