No - it's a serious question!
So many people post - and seem to be of the opinion that Google is obliged to Crawl and Index their site/pages at a very specific frequency and rate, and to get it in the SERPs within a specified time.

Sorry to say folks - I very much doubt you have an email/letter/agreement or contract that says any such thing!

So - the first thing for you to get to grips with is  ....  Google will do as it wants, when it wants.
