Not Able to login in at "https://my.hostgator.in/login/"

I have read the FAQs and checked for similar issues:

My site's URL (web address) is: vimal7.in

i keep on getting this error when ever i log in to this site

The web page at https://gibo9.hostgator.in:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

also there no problem with username password.

i don't know is this the right place to post if tell not please can you tell me the right place.
