I am affraid not, they do suggest things before they are searched.  There has to be an on page algorythm that connects keywords which sets the suggestions.  >>Google doesn't suggest anything about any business. That is what Google will tell you but it is untrue.  Test it yourself, take some random keyphrase that is unusual and not used by many people, then do some posts on some of the sites and similar sites i mentioned above and watch what happens.

Not all searches are done by what people search, google will try and figure out other words that are on page and suggest them to "help the browser".  What they should do is filter out certain keywords like Scam from being a suggestion regardless.
