If you changed your site's urls without 301 redirecting the old ones to the new ones, that's justification  of poor performance.

There's a large ad banner at the top before content.
More ads in the left sidebar above the navigation menu.
More ads in the middle where content alone should be.

Linking out to http://www.dungeonaday.com/ and maybe others without using rel="nofollow". Yes I knwo you're actually linking to http://www.rpgattitude.com/joomla/web-links/34-d20-ogl/7-dungeonaday.html but that gets 301 redirected to  http://www.dungeonaday.com/  - so you might as well save a url and link directly but DO ADD rel="nfollow" to such links.
