I'm sorry that you have invested so much time into adding an image to Google.  It is not possible to add an image to Google Image search results directly.  In order for images to appear in Google Image search results, they need to be included in a page that is accessible by Google spiders.  Googlebot typically crawls a page, finds an image URL, earmarkes the image URL for later crawling by Googlebot-Image and then Googlebot-Image crawls the URL.  From that point, basically works magic to remove duplicate images and determine the best version to display in search results.

If you do not have a website where you can post images, I recommend creating a flickr account or something similar.
