Hiya, epicurean.com here - same boat as y'all, had my stuff validating for a couple months now, still waiting for inclusion on the rich search features. I've gotta think seeing reputable sites such as recipegirl.com, seriouseats.com, etc... all experiencing this that human review is taking a while to work through the backlog as they're using the rich snippets features in several verticals besides foodie sites such as product reviews, etc...
