Yes, ALL files are under one directory /PDF/ thanks for the reply.
I did execute a directory removal in Webmaster tools today for that directory.

Do I now have to open up my Robots.txt file so that Google is NOT excluded from crawling my site and see that the files are not there?

The way I see it is that Google will not crawl my site (because of the Robots.txt file excluding it) and thus not update itself. If that correct?
