If you look at the co.cc the most people who use them are students who blog and make here and there some money from affiliate banners. The fat spammy cats will move overnight to another freehost. I just checked one of my blogs and off of 7 spam comments one is from co.cc domain the other 6 are form TLDs (com, net...)
