It's been a while since I had extra-special guests like Matt or Lysis joining, but everyone's welcome to jump in. There's a limit of 10 participants per hangout, so in particular for hangouts that happen during US-daytime (late in Europe), you'll want to be ready early on (or wait until someone drops out). The ones during european morning are generally quieter, with fewer people rushing to get in, and will give you more time to ask detailed questions.
You can start a hangout on your own or with friends to try it out. They're fairly easy to set up, and fun to attend!

Is there a way to do a 'sound check' and make sure it works so we aren't spending minutes fumbling trying to see if our mic works as the chat gets underway?
