The server a site I maintain is on was "vandalized" by some middle eastern hack group. Google webmaster tools doesn't show the site as having any malware and it was only discovered when people tried to visit the site and had their browsers warn them.

The site and the server have been cleaned of the malware, a spam redirect to some sort of political nonsense, but search engines and browsers still will not open the site up, saying it is still a risk. Only way to open the site is by typing "index.html" at the end of the url.

Like I said google webmaster tools says there is no malware, and I have no option to request a review of the site as suggested like below:

1. On the Webmaster Tools Home page, select the site you want.
2. Click Health, and then click Malware.
3. Click Request a review.
   
   What webmaster tools tells me is:
   
   

   Malware

   Google has not detected any malware on this site.
   
   So how do I get this fixed and get the site back up and running properly???
