Coping content or using your content on other blogs and domains can hurt your website badly. I agree with you that if blogs were copying the content then they should have been de-ranked. But the catch here is that, Google doesn't has a fool proof algorithm to detect the original and copy of a content.
For a simple test: you can try searching a copied string (that you have used on both the sites) on google, which ever website ranks for it, is the original one in the eyes of Google. |
