I had been hit by panda earlier April and I tried to recover by deleting the duplicate tags, categories etc. I have removed many shallow contents and did what ever it was mentioned in this forum.

But from yesterday onwards 15/4/2011 , i could see that I have been hit again and earlier my site which was running with 5K user per day , is not turned to be a 800 users site. I feel I am done with this job. I couldn't find any other reason other than a Google hit. I don't know what I did wrong and How can i recover from this if there is any chance.

I remember I had linked to a website of my friend earlier but later on I came to now that he do some thing against google TOC , but i had removed that link when i came to know. Would that alone cause a ban ?


If there is some one to help .. please .... total devastation here ....
