There are several sites posted in this thread built on the 'Site-Build-It' platform that all the ones I looked at are not the quality sites that those posting here claim; mostly the content is superficial and certainly not with any authority content; many they are thin affiliates (thou I am sure the owners will try to argue otherwise) and have adsense 'above the fold' - they are the exact type of sites that Google is targetting with this change.
