@bluetribe I thought Id reply as Im one of them that stated some of the sites in here are legitimately punished (so to speak) - I would have no problem pointing them out as it frustrates me to no end when Im trying to get attention for those sites that are legitimate BUT - I really dont feel it's my place to do so and this ins't my thread.  Additionally, while there are MAJOR obvious issues with their sites, even upon a quick glance, I cant comment on changes that Google made as no one but Google is privy to the factors that exist and those that may have been added, modified etc....  So.. sorry, I would but I considered doing so and thought it'd best I didnt.

That being said - while I see a few areas of improvement for your site - it doesnt fit within those I was referring to.  The ones I was referring to are Blatantly obvious with little to no content, tons of keyword stuffing, affiliate links, bad structure, ad to content ratio, etc...   They are pretty easy to see if you look at them.

So - for the most part, I think Google has done their job - but there are many of us that should not have been hurt and have been when we are following Google's guidelines to the tee.  I hope they can help us and resolve the issue soon cause it's going to be very very sad if not :)
