AutoLoanDaily.com is a consumer news website that covers daily consumer auto loan, auto lease, new car incentive news, auto loan rate news and auto finance advice. The site's editorial team interviews credit and finance experts, as well as dealership finance managers and industry experts to give their auto finance advice to our readers, who are in the market for a new or used vehicle auto loan or lease. The site is really the only consumer auto finance portal that extensively covers consumer auto loans, leases and credit for car shoppers.
AutoLoanDaily.com's content is all original and written in-house by our editorial staff. Although many spam websites steal our content and reproduce it word-for-word on their site, there are many reputable news websites that cite our stories with proper back links. We've had some success with getting some spam sites to take down our content, but there are many more websites out there who keep stealing it.
We've been cited and referenced with back links by other top-notch news websites, such as Reuters, MainStreet.com, Boston.com, Bloomberg, Businessweek, Poynter.org, U.S. News & World Report and NADAFrontPage.com. Our online publication has also given expert advice to consumers for Money Magazine and The Oakland Tribune about consumer auto financing.
We've been compared to such consumer automotive websites as Edmunds.com and KBB.com. While they focus on the entire auto buying process, we focus on the entire auto finance process. We've seen many non-useful spam websites consistently rank higher than us, and they have no original consumer content, built for lead generation purposes only and simply regurgitate keyword-heavy pages that do nothing to help a car shopper who needs auto loan or lease advice and help.
Since the new algorithm's implementation in late February , we've seen our traffic reduced by 25-40%.
We thought this change (high quality original content) would be a great boost for our site considering all we do is write original content by in-house journalists. It has done exactly the opposite. It has reduced our traffic.
Thank you for the opportunity I do hope sites like ours are rewarded instead of penalized.
