We own http://www.pubcrawler.com.  We have been online since 1995.  The site covers food + drink + travel with an emphasis on the United States and Canada.  Our content is mainly member generated.  We *do* have a small bit of 3rd party syndicated content but it's minor (thousands of pages compared to the millions of pages that make up our site).

We also run Google Adsense and use many of Google's other tools.

Following this algorithm change our traffic declined 40%+.

We looked in Google Webmaster tools (which has been mainly a useless experiment in my opinion).  Attempted to reach a human at Google and nothing.   Come Monday I am on the phone to Google Headquarters and turning over every rock with Google's name on it.  

Substandard support, lack of humans to answer questions, etc. has been a VERY LONG MULTI-YEAR issue at Google and has been been brought up by the shareholders before.

I am disappointed by Google and this change for the behavior a few bad net citizens.   I know other sites impacted as much or more than we have been and it is going to result in many people being put out of business by Google.  Shame on Google for not doing more to test there software for deploying it and also being VERY SLOW to reign this monsterous release back in.
