Another Major change, and more people hurt. The true problem is Google, and Google I hope you keep reading.

Google says they want people to write pages for people. Well get out your paper and pencil and write everything you want to say, photocopy it and put it on the web. Humans can read it just fine, Google will not have a clue.

Pages have to be written for Google for Google to understand them.

The problem is people will write pages for Google and not care about people; the problem there again is Google. Google it too robot and not enough human.

Being too robot gives too much power to a term, giving too big of a target to spammers. Lower the value of the term and you make the term less of a target. Yes the term is what the human typed in, and important, but not all important. To Google a term is just a term, but to the human interacting with Google that term means more. And sure that human can add other terms which affect the value of the first term, but Google can empower the human, by giving the human the power to control where to rank that term in Googles databank for that term. You see the human knows why they are looking for that term, maybe the human is looking for something to buy, looking for how to fix, a definition, or just wan't to talk to others about this term. Giving the human a set of check boxes to search eStores, forms, encyclopedias, pages about, dictionarys, bloogs, etc. would radically change the results, and greatly lower the value of the target. Simularly giving the human the tools to tell Google which term or terms are more important to the human in this search. Or my favorite, what part of Googles formula do I want shut off or on like black listed words, duplicate content, or just give me all the spam, etc.

Anyhow variables of the term lessen the value of the term to spammers and gives the human more on target results, better answers.

Oh, and yes Google needs more Sociologists to compliment their programmers, people who understand people. Well people can't be understood, but once you understand that you have a chance.
