Hi, thanks for creating this thread. I'm glad to see that Google is taking steps to improve search results, however, our site at http://www.Blippitt.com has seen about a 30% drop in traffic.
We are a PR5 breaking news / entertainment news website, two years old, with ~95% original content. Sites that are scraping our feed (ie: Zimbio, etc) are outranking us currently.
We're an Alexa top 40,000 (globally) / top 10,000 (U.S.) website with about 5,000 Facebook fans, our own iPhone app, and we were nominated as one of Maryland's outstanding blogs by The Baltimore Sun.
I did file a "reconsideration request" earlier this week as well as we had also hired a marketing company to do some work for us, but their tactics turned out to be a bit spammy so we terminated their contract.
We've always been very happy with Google and we would appreciate any help you can provide.
