Our sites have been negatively affected by this change as well.  One of our sites has lost over 60% of its former Google traffic, and it's unclear why.  All of our content is original reporting and we're very careful to follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines to the best of our understanding.  We were also booted from Google News, which accepted us just last year.  

Again, all of our content is original reporting.  We have teams of reporters in Florida, as well as in every state in our network.  We do share relevant stories within our network, as some of the pages are designed to be state-specific and one highlights national issues.  However, each site's content is written by our own reporters.  We do not content farm, keyword-stuff or plagiarize other's content.
