We've been trying for a couple of weeks to figure out what happened to our traffic.  He had thousands of pages indexed and were the top search result for some of our most important terms.  Now we only have 10 pages indexed, which is down from 11 yesterday and over 100 a few days ago and doesn't even include our home page.  I'm not sure if this change was the reason or not.  The decline seemed to start around feb 15th -17th. Is this change the reason?  Either way is there someone we can talk to about what we need to do to our site to get back in the search results?  I don't understand how we can drop from the very first result for multiple important keywords, a position we have sustained for a couple of years, to completely out of the index.
