I have study your site and found some mistake on it although I am not sure that below steps will help you a lot because Google search engine ranking algorithm rely on many factors.

As per your site code review I do not find any issue in code level design that might create problem in crawling and indexing.

2. sitemap is not update after 2010. Do the needful as soon as possible.
3. You do not customize your error page and by default hosting server generate "404 - Page Not Found" (hostmonster)
Update .htaccess file to custom error page.

4. Make absolute path for navigation.
5. Access you of <h2>heading tag in your site. Please rework on it.
6. Access use of keywords in you content. Please remove it
7. Now after updating step 1 to 6 please submit your website manually  http://www.google.com/addurl


8. The last but the must important factor to get index and rank is link building process (Press release, bookmark, classified, forum, and directory submission and so on.)
