I just thought of something else too. I have template pages that I created using Dreamweaver that controls more than 1 page. For instance, the main_layout.cfm page is a template for the home page here: http://www.ironwoodelectronics.com/index.cfm and for another page here: http://www.ironwoodelectronics.com/products/sockets/lid_tools_socket_accessories.cfm
    If the canonical code needs to go into the head tags, how can I do this for each of these pages? The head tags are on the template pages and not on each individual page. Is it ok to have 2 head tags on the pages? I was thinking of doing this so I could add in meta keywords and descriptions for each page too. Or do I not need to use meta keywords or descriptions anymore?
