Description (including timeline of any changes made): After I "edit" a parameter from "ignore" to "don't ignore", click save, it says settings are saved, but then if I go back to that page, it has reverted back to "ignore".  This has happened ever since this parameter handling option appeared.  Is this a bug in Webmaster Tools?
