Your website has been compromised such that redirects within your website are sending people to all kinds of odd website addresses.
Check your Google Webmaster account for more details on this. Google will often give you some insights in there.

So basically Google is saying, "hey you, did you know your website is generating all kinds of odd links to other pages..."

If you wish to resolve this you'll first need to do a full check of your website coding to see if you can identify what might be allowing your site to redirect to other websites in this way.

Then once you do, you'll need to submit s reconsideration request. See the link under your domain name in Google to learn more.
