(1) Yes. I can confirm that I am in control of all phones listed in my "phones" tab in my account.

(2) When I place a call to my GV number from a 3rd party line, it is not reflected in my Google Voice call history.  I just get a nasty reply phone call from someone who asks why I am calling her boyfriend's phone number.

(3) If I turn on Call Screening the behavior persists.

I have tried calling my GV number from different 3rd party lines, all with the same result.  The call will not forward correctly.

I have added an additional forwarding phone number and still the 2nd number does not receive the forwarded call.
