We are currently aware of a Google Voice issue affecting a majority of Google Voice users as of Monday, February 27, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. PST, affecting both inbound and outbound calling.  We are hard at work to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and will post an update on this thread as soon as one is available.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
