When a call is made to my Google number my phone will not ring

There are many reasons an incoming call may go directly to voicemail without ringing your forwarding phone(s). Five common reasons are:

◊ You called from one of your forwarding phones (forwarding phones can be set to go straight to your voicemail or phone menu)

◊ Your forwarding phones aren't selected [on the Phones tab in Settings (gear icon) there is no check mark ☑ on your phone(s)

◊ In your Google Contacts, you have individuals or groups flagged to go straight to voicemail
