Are you saying that your Google Voice number when called is not ringing the Gmail Call Phone (Google Chat Phone)? You do have a Google Voice number right? And does the Gmail and Google Voice account numbers match exactly? They must.
You must sign out of Chat on your computer and then sign in on your phone. |
