Port-In Order is stuck, my phone number is stuck .. help

I attempted a Port-In to google voice with my mobile number, the order failed due to incorrect pin. I then decided not to go with google voice and go directly with my carrier. My order is now stuck with google voice.
I need help releasing my order / mobile number so I can port my phone number to my carrier.
I have cancelled my order requested a refund contacted my back to get my money back since there has been no response since 4/11/2012
