On your PC or MAC

Turn power off for 60 seconds on your DSL or Cable Modem.

Go to http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=12336 and enable Other. 

Is your browser current?  http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=107906&from=76137&rd=1 


On your PC, click the Start button, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update

Reset any Google Voice settings that may be incorrect.
