I was looking at the Groups & Circles settings for GV and see that I can offer individualized voicemail greetings to specific phone contacts in my Contacts list.  What I'd like to do is offer one voicemail message to all callers outside my area code and a different one for everyone within my area code.  Can Groups & Circles be used to do this?
