@vbv...I'm experiencing the same issue.  I've had a GV account for a few years, but I do want to change my GV number to my Sprint number.  If I click on the Change/Port link next to my current GV# (not my Sprint number yet), it goes through the typical port process which would indicate I'd have to pay $20, etc etc.
