@deckhart - your Google Voice account ending in xxx-xxx-8369 is not at risk for reclaim.  If you are receiving an email regarding a Google Voice number that is eligible for reclaim, it is likely that you have a Google Voice number associated with a Google Account which you may have forgotten about.
