Account credit, security and privacy
5 months ago... I changed the forwarding phone number associated with my account from my cell phone to another number. I had to do this because you cannot have more than one Google Voice number forwarding to the same cell phone.
Today after forwarding the number that was going to my cell to a different number... I tried logging back into my Google Voice account (same email - same account) and my original number is no longer there. I typed it in under the 'I want a new number' option and it is unavailable.
When I call the Google number it goes right to Voicemail and still emails me the transcribed email. I am also still able to type in my pin when I call, so the number appears to be active.
