So, I had just purchased another phone on at$t. Then, bizarrely, gv was still ringing my sprint phone (and not my other phones). Then, somehow, I was able to delete my sprint phone! (Whereas before I was not able to). I feel like now it would let me re-sync, but I'm reluctant to because of all the problems it's caused me. :(
