I have spent over 5 hours with Sprint trying to resolve the exact issue that mtnAVman has. I have created a google forum, and still I have gotten no where. I has wished with my forum that maybe, just maybe google would look at it, but I dont plan on spending any more time on the phone with Sprint (or in the store).

And if Sprint can resolve the issue it would be nice for either them to communicate with their support or if google knows the steps you need to take with sprint, get it added to this support site with instructions.

 

But as far as I can tell neither google or sprint gives a rats behind about this problem.
