I was using Google Translator app on my android. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I think I found a translation error when translating Japanese to English. I tried to translate the word はかいこうせん (hakaikousen) to English. My Japanese is not very great, but when I translate the words "hakai" and "kousen" with other dictionaries, I get the English words "destruction" and "beam". Yet, the Google Translator keeps showing me "hyper beam", which makes no sense. Is "hakai" altered such, when it is combined with "kousen"? I wish I could ask someone Japanese about this. To me, it looks like a translation error, which is misleading, and I hope the translator can be improved by correcting this if it really is an error. After all, "destruction beam" is different from the word "hyper beam".
