Sketchup opens with the intro screen that invites selection of template to be used and suggests training selections. However, as soon as I press the "start sketchup" key the Bug Splat screen comes up and despite submitting the error report nothing happens.

This is my 4th attempt since Feb.  Each time I end up uninstalling, but the same happens.  Is it because I'm not prepared to spend money on the pro version until I've seen the free version?

PS As far as I'm aware I have the latest Graphics card driver & I'm on Win7
