Surprisingly Google have looked into it for you as I escalated it to them, this is all the information they could give me: your site was deleted by a site owner and it's been purged in the normal 30 day period for permanent deletion.  Google couldn't tell me who deleted it but there was no indication of hacking, so it sounds like either you or another site owner deleted the site and it got permanently deleted after 30 days.
