My point is that you have used so much outside of Google Sites that you can hardly call it GFC on Sites.

The whol point of sites is that you don't worry about HTML and FTP uploading, but your solution requires this.

As you can see from Reference [1] I have already visited this idea an rejected it as it uses way to much outside of Google Sites.
