I agree. The lack of the facility is the worst thing about Google reader.

Its such an obvious thing to want to do. When I look at someone in Twitter or any blogging site, Im interested in seeing what they're interested in. Nowadays, I basically read blogs thru the Reader aggregator, and I want to do the same thing.
