I was trying out FeedDemon. Unfortunately, it was synced with my Google Reader and when I deleted the folder in my FeedDemon list, it deleted the folder and all the feeds inside it AND unsubscribed me from them.

I couldn't find anything in the FeedDemon help and FAQs about undoing a delete.

*Sigh* I have a feeling I just learned a hard lesson NOT to use FeedDemon.
