The problem is that we can't renew Postini, nor login into Postini.
We have had a Postini account since 2008 through Google Enterprise. Our ISP at the time was HostMonster, but we moved to a new ISP in 2011. Last year I noticed that both HostMonster and Google Enterprise were both charging $1/user/month - so we were paying $2/user/month. We had stopped using HostMonster at the time so I did not worry too much about it.
In Dec 2011 we started to get notices from Google Security that our
contract renewal date was approaching. But the "Log into your Google/Postini
Billing Account" link does not work, and recering the administrator password goes in circles with "This domain is not yet setup." The manual payment link does not work as it also requires an administrator account login. I also have tried resetting the password via setting
up a CNAME record, but this responds with 'server error' at the verification stage.
In Jan 2012 Google Enterprise suspended the account (through not being able to pay as per above). Again, we can't log in nor create a new postini account, as our domain is already set up.
It seems that somehow HostMonster took over our Postini account, and now Google wants access via the reseller, which is no longer possible. What can we do?
It would be good to be able to pay Google by renewing the service.
Alternately I will let the service be cancelled so that I can re-create it, but this is not possible at the moment as the domain is in use, and we can't log into the administrator account.
